2. Activation and Licensing

To unlock full access to Shakkei, you’ll need to enter a license key.

• When you activate the app, we store an anonymised version of the license key on our Licensing Server to validate your license.
• We do not associate this key with your identity or device.
• We do not store your name, email, or payment details.

3. Payments and Third-Party Services

All purchases are securely processed through Gumroad.

• Your payment information is handled by Gumroad, not by us.
• We do not store your name, email, or payment data.
• Gumroad’s privacy policy applies when you make a purchase.

4. No Analytics or Advertising

• We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or any tracking SDKs.
• We do not serve or support ads.
• We do not share or sell any data with third parties.
• We do not upload, sync, or transmit your local app activity to any server.

5. Optional Contact

If you email us (for example, for support), we may see your email address and the message you sent.

• We will only use this information to respond to your inquiry.
• We do not store or use your message for anything beyond support.
• You can ask us to delete your email at any time.

6. Children’s Privacy

Shakkei is not designed for children. However, we do not collect personal data from any user, regardless of age.

7. Data Security

Because we store no personal or sensitive data, the risk of unauthorised access is minimal. Any limited license data we store on our server is anonymised and securely stored.
